Greek Salon Herzliya

Chef Guy Peretz expanded and elevated his Greek Salon restaurant, relocating it to a stunning new beachfront location inside the prestigious Daniel Hotel in Herzliya Pituach. The venue offers a top-tier Greek-Mediterranean culinary experience that is perfectly tailored to Israeli tastes.

In the Greek Salon's open kitchen, the chef and his team prepare traditional Greek dishes inspired by the country’s local cuisine. Key ingredients - including wines, olives, feta, pomegranates, and more - are specially imported from Greece, infusing each dish with the authentic flavors and aromas of Mediterranean cuisine. Guests can watch as their favorite dishes come to life, from classic mezze and smoked fish to other mouthwatering starters.

But the kitchen and cuisine are just part of the full Greek Salon experience. The restaurant serves as the heart of dinner and party events, regularly featuring performances by top singers from Greece and Israel, including Maya Sol, Rafael, Arinda Dima, and others. The festive atmosphere, combined with the music, joy, and dancing, offers guests an authentic taste of Greek culture.

Greek Salon’s design and atmosphere offer an authentic reflection of traditional Greek culture. The blue windows, the balcony overlooking the beach, the abundance of flowers, and the option to break plates, as is customary in real Greek tavernas, all contribute to an exciting and inviting environment. Occasionally, the Salon hosts themed evenings dedicated to various Greek sites, serving typical dishes from those areas, accompanied by music and a unique atmosphere.

Greek Salon’s menu is deeply rooted in Mediterranean cuisine, offering a rich variety of fresh local fish, alongside classic Greek dishes, pastries, and pastas. The kitchen focuses on Mediterranean flavors, featuring must-try dishes such as a fresh vegetable station, feta specialties, an open mezze and fish bar, a butcher station featuring a fish platter, and, of course, a sweet celebration with a lavish dessert table. The restaurant operates under a dairy-fish menu, supervised by the Shoham Rabbinate.
